Dennis E. Dilley, M.D.

Dr. DilleyDr. Dilley received his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he completed his pediatric training. During his pediatric residency, he served on the residency review committee, and served as Chief Resident of pediatrics during his last year of pediatric training. After his residency, Dr. Dilley completed his Allergy and Immunology training at Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Dilley is board certified in Allergy and Immunology, and is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.

Dr. Dilley has been recognized as a “Top Doc” in the Texas Monthly Magazine for the past six years and has been honored in the Scene in San Antonio Magazine as one of San Antonio’s best Allergists.

Christopher W. Calabria, M.D.

dr-calabriaChristopher W. Calabria, M.D., is a graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his Pediatric Residency at Wright State University/Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. He completed his Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center on Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. He served nine years in the United States Air Force as an Allergist and Pediatrician, and most recently worked in private practice in Maryland, where he was named a “Family Favorite” Allergist in 2012 by Chesapeake Family Magazine readers. He has published over 20 Allergy studies in major professional journals. He has been recognized by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI) for outstanding research published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He is a co-author for the National Practice Parameter for Allergen Immunotherapy and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology board review book. He is a regular speaker at national allergy meetings in the areas of allergen immunotherapy and insect allergy. He also serves on the Editorial Board for the Annals of Allergy Asthma and Immunology Journal.

Dr. Calabria is board certified in Allergy/Immunology and Pediatrics and is a member of the American College and American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Phillip McAllister, PA-C

Dr. McAllisterDilley Allergy & Asthma Specialists, LLP is excited to welcome Phillip McAllister, PA-C to our practice. He joined our practice in February of 2018.

Phillip McAllister, PA-C is a native San Antonian receiving his bachelors of science in Biology from University of Texas at San Antonio.

He received his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University of Nevada where he was the field training officer for the student mobile health clinic and a member of the fundraising committee.

He is Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

He is a member of the American Academy of Physician assistants, Texas Academy of Physician assistants, and Association of Physician Assistants in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
